Back in December, all MSc in Digital Marketing & Data Science students flew over to the US and settled for a busy week in Boston. This learning trip was a unique opportunity to discover how and why Boston remains a privileged spot to innovate and create value. It was also an opportunity to grasp the impact of the economic environment on business practices. And last but not least, it was a way for students to start developing their international professional network.

For Christopher Rehfus – a german student – a return to France to continue studying made perfect sense, following a highly successful Erasmus semester spent in Lyon and prior internship experience. True to its ambition of seeking a range of profiles covering many countries and educational backgrounds, the Master in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Strategy welcomed in September a diverse intake of students for its first full year of delivery at emlyon business school. A linguist, a lawyer, an engineer, an economist, and a mathematician explain their choice of program, how it fits with their professional goals, and the highlights of the Master so far.
From September 2024, emlyon business school will be deploying a brand-new program, the like of which does not exist on the current market – a Master of Science that will train future sales professionals capable of achieving corporate growth in a responsible manner for companies active on a global scale. Marie-Christine Collière, Director of the new MSc in Global Sales Excellence, explains the important gap that this innovative program will fill.
The annual Learning Seminar is organized as part of the emlyon MSc in Digital Marketing & Data Science in a conscious effort to offer students a fully immersive experience – on an academic, corporate, cultural and personal level. The October 2024 edition held in Stockholm was no exception.
