The Challenge Week events are useful for not only spotting talents but also getting our students to work on the specific cases and problems facing your business. At the end of it all, potential new talents for your business, along with expertise or a deliverable developed by our students at the end of the challenge.

These high-quality events are co-designed with a professor to bridge the gap between academic learning and your business needs. The students are preselected prior to the challenge so that the groups of students match your field, context and problems. 

Three themes are developed this year: 

  • Digital & Data, with the « Digital Night » 
  • Consulting, with the « Consulting Challenge » 
  • Impact topics - CSR, ecological transition, sustainability, social commitments - with the « Impact Challenge » 

Digital Night 

Share your expertise and inspire our students on topics related to digital transformation. By participating in this challenge, you can showcase your innovation projects while connecting with talented individuals passionate about digital technologies and their impact on business.

Consulting Challenge 

Put the analytical and strategic skills of our students to the test with a case study designed by your firm. This unique challenge, focused on consulting issues with an RSE (Corporate Social Responsibility) dimension, allows you to identify top talent with a keen interest in the sector and enhance your employer brand.

Impact Challenge 

Join forces with our students to address critical societal and environmental challenges. This challenge highlights topics such as decarbonized reindustrialization, energy transition, or social inclusion, enabling you to collaborate with motivated individuals committed to shaping a sustainable future.

  • Lyon campus

5pm – 9pm 

  • Introduction and case study presentation by the participating company. 
  • Teamwork sessions, with students grouped into teams of 5 to 7, depending on the challenge. 
  • Coaching sessions led by company representatives to guide students and refine their proposals. 
  • Networking cocktail, a unique opportunity to interact with participants and strengthen your employer brand. 
  • Project presentations by each group. 
  • Jury deliberation, composed of representatives from participating companies. 
  • Award ceremony, celebrating the winning team for their innovative solutions and teamwork. 

  • Enhance your employer brand and highlight your specific challenges, whether they relate to digital transformation, reindustrialization, consulting, or mergers and acquisitions. 
  • Promote your career opportunities to a preselected pool of students with expertise and interest in your sector. 
  • Network with top talent through workshops, case studies, and dedicated networking sessions. 

These challenges are open to all companies with expertise in one of the proposed themes. They provide an opportunity to submit a concrete case study or challenge for students to solve. 

The number of spots available for companies is limited for each challenge.
