A Social Laboratory

IFGE draws its uniqueness from the continuous exchange of ideas and experiences between researchers and business practitioners.

Engagement in Public Life

IFGE stands for research in the service of action.

We take part in major social and political debates that help shape the evolution of corporate governance.

Thanks to a network of partners—companies, professional associations, and labor unions—we are able to confront our ideas with the real-world experiences of governance stakeholders.

We also embrace our role as a stakeholder among those who contribute to rethinking and improving corporate governance.

We invite these partners and stakeholders to collaborate with us through seminars and thematic meetings.

This commitment is reflected in publications such as Cahiers pour la réforme, the Framework for Reasonable Governance, and Evidence-Based Insights.

We have also conducted surveys on SME governance in collaboration with the APM network.

Finally, we engage with the press and media to contribute to public debate.

Would you like to become a partner?

Our partners have supported us since the founding of IFGE in 2003. It is thanks to them, and with them, that we have built our research momentum.

If you wish to contribute to in-depth thinking on corporate governance and the role of businesses in society, IFGE is now a recognized and unique think tank.
