Training Schedule:

Typical daily hours: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM. Classes may also be scheduled from 5:45 PM to 9:15 PM.

Prerequisite

Level of education and professional experience required:
  • 4 years‘ higher education (or equivalent)
  • 7 years’ professional experience.
For sessions conducted in English, a good level of English comprehension is required. Participants are required to have a good grasp of the fundamentals of business strategy.

Profiles

Executives, entrepreneurs, senior managers, whether currently employed or undergoing career transition.

Assessment methods

Attendance at the classroom sessions and participation in the various activities are mandatory for the course to be validated.
The assessment of the knowledge acquired during the course is based 50% on a group project, which enables all the knowledge acquired during the programme to be put into practice, and 50% on an online exam.
50% is based on an online exam.

  • Master the analysis of business models, business ecosystems and platforms.
  • Use best practice to steer a disruptive innovation strategy
  • Challenge and improve the strategy of your company or business unit
  • Design differentiating and value-creating strategies in line with the new digital context
  • Discover how to transform your company in a digital context and define an effective road map
