Methodology

This training course is made up of theoretical contributions, company case studies and practical workshops.

Assessment methods

Attendance at the classroom sessions and participation in the various activities are mandatory for the course to be validated.
The assessment of the knowledge acquired during the course is based 50% on a group project, which enables all the knowledge acquired during the programme to be put into practice, and 50% on an online exam.
50% is based on an online exam.

Requirements

Level of education and professional experience required:
  • 4 years‘ higher education (or equivalent)
  • 7 years’ professional experience.
Admission requirements: Candidates must complete an application form. The training consultant will be happy to advise you on how to proceed. For sessions conducted in English, a good level of English comprehension is required. Participants are required to have a good grasp of the fundamentals of business strategy.
