Since Isabelle Huault took over at the helm, corporate social responsibility has been a new strategic focus for emlyon business school. Its drive to combat sexism took a step forward this month as the School joined the 114 members of #StOpE. Started by Accor, EY and L'Oréal, this initiative sets out to denounce so-called "ordinary" sexism in the workplace and is backed by Elisabeth Moreno, Minister for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities.

emlyon business school and Malakoff Humanis are launching the chair “Mental health in Executive Directors of SMEs and VSBs”, in order to study the psychological health of executive directors, its representations and consequences in the universe of SMEs and VSBs. The chair pairs methodological innovation and subject with powerful societal and economical outreach. This diversity in viewpoints and lines of approach will allow for the amplification of research works and the development of operational resources.

For the September 2022 incoming students of the Grande Ecole Program, emlyon will finance up to 100% of the tuition fees for students with a CROUS scholarship, according to their echelon. This is a financial lever coming as a complement to the equal chance programs emlyon has been implementing since 2006, in favor of social diversity.

emlyon business school asserts its pioneering status among the top business schools in France and worldwide, by appointing the first ever Associate Dean to the Anthropocene Pedagogy. emlyon business school chose Thomas Gauthier to carry out these new missions, a teacher-researcher whose works focus on the prospective and strategy of organizations in the Anthropocene.
