How Can You Join a Business School?

Joining a Business School After High School

The traditional admission routes after high school include competitive entrance exams such as SESAME and Accès, depending on the school, as well as the Parcoursup platform.For example, to join emlyon business school’s Global Bachelor of Business Administration, you must apply through Parcoursup and the Concours SESAME for post-baccalaureate admission. Your academic record, English level and motivation are assessed as part of the admission process.
The Master in Management - Grande Ecole at emlyon is accessible after a preparatory class through competitive entrance routes or after a minimum Bachelor’s degree for international candidates, depending on the admission pathway.

Joining a Business School After Bac+2 / Bac+3

Parallel admissions through AST-style admission routes after one or two years of university study or a preparatory class, selection by application file or interview allow students to join programs directly in the second or third year, depending on the school.

At emlyon, the Global BBA can be joined by students with a high school diploma or one to two years of higher education, while the Master in Management - Grande Ecole is designed for students holding at least a Bachelor’s degree.

The Master’s Degree

In business schools, the Master’s degree can be obtained through a Master-level program. emlyon’s Master’s programs award officially recognized Master’s-level degrees, while Masters of Science are specialized programs with a strong international dimension.

What are the tuition fees for business schools?

The cost of business school is generally different for Bachelor, Master in Management, MSc, Executive Education and MBA pathways. At emlyon business school, the tuition for MiM is €22,000 per year for the 2026–2027 academic year, while the International MBA tuition fee is €49,500.
