Organocene and planetary boundaries – how can an interdisciplinary dialogue succeed?

The crossing of planetary boundaries in the era of the Organocene raises questions about the boundaries between the life sciences and the social sciences. In a context where organizations and economic systems constitute a major destabilizing force for biophysical balances, many studies underline the need to rethink disciplinary boundaries between the life sciences, systems thinking, sociology, geography, organizational theory, management, economics, and political science.
