  • Brice Dattée, as Director of the Doctorate Business Administration (DBA) programs
  • Catherine Pardo, as Academic Director of the Executive Master in General Management (EEMG) program
  • Philippe Silberzahn, as Academic Director of the Managing a Business Unit Certificate

His mission: to lead and develop the Doctorate of Business Administration programs at emlyon business school, across all French and international campuses, in line with the School's mission and values. 

Brice Dattée will develop the strategic vision of the cluster, in continuity with the School's strategic Résonances plan, and ensure its implementation, with a continuous commitment to academic excellence, in collaboration with Christine Baldy-Ngayo, Associate Dean of Executive Education. 

He succeeds Michel Phan who successfully developed the DBA cluster: recognition by the Executive DBA Council (EDBAC) which brings together the best DBAs in the world and strengthening of the Global DBA program at emlyon, in partnership with Durham University, UK. 

Brice Dattée is a Professor of Strategy at emlyon. Winner of several academic awards, he has published in internationally recognized journals. His trajectory reflects a constant commitment to demanding, rigorous research, closely linked to the strategic challenges of businesses. This expertise is thus put to the service of the participants in the Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) programs at emlyon.

Her mission: to ensure the relevance and academic excellence of the Executive Master General Management program, by continuously updating its contents to support participants in the evolution of their management and strategic skills. 

Professor of industrial marketing at emlyon business school, Catherine Pardo teaches students in the Master in Management - Grande École Program, in the Advanced Masters programs, and Executive Education. Graduated from emlyon business school, she holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences and an accreditation to supervise research in Management Sciences obtained at the University of Montpellier.

She has led the Specialized Master in Strategy and Marketing of Industrial Companies as well as the BtoB Intermediation Chair. Her work, which also explores the impact of information technologies on markets, has been published in leading academic journals. 

She is a member of the editorial board of the Industrial Marketing Management and a qualified personality at the Commercial Accounts Commission of the Nation. Specialist in inter-organizational relations and management of strategic clients, she develops recognized expertise on value creation in BtoB exchanges.

His mission: to ensure the quality and academic coherence of the Managing a Business Unit Certificatein close collaboration with Sandrine Vivian, Program Director, Sébastien Plouhinec, Director of Executive Masters & Short Programs, and the teaching team, to offer participants demanding training anchored in the realities of operational leadership. 

Professor of strategy at emlyon business school, Philippe Silberzahn is a specialist in organizational transformation challenges in the face of uncertainty, disruptions, and complex environments. He has been working for nearly twenty years with leaders and public actors through conferences, training, and consulting missions, following a career as an entrepreneur and leader in France and internationally.

He holds a DEA in artificial intelligence from the University of Caen, a DEA in Applied Organization from Sorbonne University, an MBA from London Business School, and a PhD from École Polytechnique. 

Philippe Silberzahn is the author of several reference works including Effectuation (award for best management book) and Bienvenue en incertitude. He is also a regular columnist for Harvard Business Review France.
