Program

The program is delivered in two distinct sessions, each lasting three days: one held at the emlyon business school campus in Lyon, and the other in Portugal, in partnership with Nova School of Business.

Creating value in the wine business
 
  • Identify French archetypes supporting the design of long lasting business models.

  • Visit of leading wine estates (Rhône valley or Beaujolais)

  • Analyse the positioning of Small & Medium Enterprises in the face of group concentrations in order to identify potential differentiating key aspects serving as competition advantage
