The rental includes the provision of the reserved space(s), including furniture (such as tables, buffets, high-top tables, chairs, etc., subject to emlyon stock availability). It also covers all services essential to the success of your event, including security, cleaning, maintenance, and coordination. Additional services (audiovisual equipment, extra furniture, catering, etc.) can be added to meet your specific requirements.
Yes, spaces at the Paris campus are also available for booking. We invite you to share the details of your project with us via the contact form.
Yes, we can arrange a site visit by appointment so you can discover our facilities and better visualize your event setup. Simply complete the form with your project details and indicate your interest in a tour. A project manager will get back to you as soon as possible.
Each space has basic audiovisual equipment (screens, designer furniture, connectors, lighting) following to the academic use of our spaces. More comprehensive and advanced technical solutions for events can be added on request. Our technical control room partners can assist you with each of your projects.
As emlyon business school is primarily an institution of higher education, priority is always given to student life and teaching. Consequently, the campus cannot be fully privatized during its days of operation (excluding Sundays and annual closures). External events must allow campus life to proceed normally, ensuring that neither the academic environment nor the event itself is disrupted. It is understood that the campus cannot be fully cleared of students or staff for an event.
Yes, Wi-Fi access is included for all participants throughout the campus. It is essential to specify your requirements in advance (number of participants, type of access needed) so that we can ensure your needs are met prior to the event.
The campus does not have a parking lot or a designated drop-off zone. This choice is fully aligned with emlyon’s commitment as a "Société à Mission" (Purpose-driven Company) and its strategic return to the heart of Lyon, aiming to promote public transport and sustainable mobility (cycling, walking, etc.). Public parking options are available in the immediate vicinity of the campus.
A delivery area is available for service providers (technical, catering, etc.), allowing them to carry out assembly, delivery and dismantling operations, with the possibility of parking in the area for the duration of the service.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of event and the date of booking. They will be specified when you sign the agreement for the use of our spaces and services, which serves as a contract between the two parties.
