Use art as a vehicle for raising awareness of environmental and social issues: this is the goal of the school through exhibitions organized since September 2024 and the arrival on the new campus in Lyon.

At the beginning of each academic year, one of the 17 SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) set by the UN serves as a guiding theme for the academic year. From this, the idea of developing exhibitions to illustrate these themes and provoke thought through complementary means to academic learning was born.

emlyon business school reaffirms its commitment to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). After focusing on SDG 11: Sustainable Cities in 2024, this year's attention is directed toward SDG 3: Health and Well-Being.

Through this new exhibition at the start of the school year, emlyon continues its approach to raising awareness through art by presenting twelve perspectives from around the world – from Nigeria to the United States, including Belgium, Cambodia, and Ethiopia – to illustrate the major themes of SDG 3. These works invite reflection on global health issues and their impact on individual, collective, and societal well-being.

For emlyon and its students, these issues are essential: understanding global health challenges fosters the development of responsibility, empathy, and the ability to act in an interconnected world. Through art and pedagogy, this exhibition raises awareness and inspires, reminding us that health and well-being are pillars of our choices and our commitment to a sustainable future.
