The BDE's main events
- Welcome weekend
The Welcome Weekend is a highlight of the year, designed to welcome new students in a friendly and festive atmosphere. This event allows participants to get to know their fellow students and quickly integrate into student life thanks to unforgettable activities and moments. - Integration party
The integration party officially marks students' entry into their new academic and social lives. Carefully organized by the BDE, this unique evening is the ideal opportunity to strengthen links between students, celebrate their arrival and lay the foundation for a rich and lively student life. - The end-of-year Gala
The Gala is a prestigious party organized by the BDE, bringing together 500 guests, including the different emlyon classes, the administration, etc. The event takes place in an exceptional venue, combining cocktails, dinner and dancing for an unforgattable evening. - Graduates' party
The graduates' party is dedicated to celebrating students who have completed their academic careers. It is a solemn and festive occasion where graduates come together to share their memories, mark the end of their studies and celebrate the start of their careers in a warm and distinguished atmosphere. - Student parties
The BDE regularly organizes parties in the Lyon region's iconic clubs, attracting hundreds of students each time. These events are a must, helping to strengthen school spirit, create unforgettable memories and liven up student life sthroughout the year.
