New academic partnerships: emlyon expands its global network
emlyon business school strengthens its international influence through new strategic partnerships, notably in the United States, while consolidating academic relations in key regions. These announcements align with the School’s openness strategy, a cornerstone of its Resonances strategic plan.
Strategic agreements in the United States and strengthened presence in key areas
The School announces new partnerships with prestigious universities, particularly in the United States, thereby reaffirming its clear ambition to offer academic pathways of excellence and high-value international experiences for its students. These agreements form part of a global strategy aimed at enriching the educational offering and strengthening emlyon’s presence within major academic and economic ecosystems worldwide.
In the United States, three new agreements pertain to the Master in Management - Grande École (MiM), including a dual degree with Stevens Institute of Technology, an exchange program with UC Santa Barbara, and a new partnership in Boston with the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, dedicated to the BioPharma track.
Stevens Institute of Technology: MiM dual degree: A dual degree combining emlyon’s MiM with one of the following three Master’s programs: Master of Science in Finance, Master of Science in Financial Technology and Analytics, or Master of Science in Financial Engineering. This institution is renowned for integrating technology and management, project-based learning, and its strong ties to the New York and New Jersey ecosystems.
UC Santa Barbara : MiM exchange: A leading institution in economics and technological management, UCSB promotes collaborative learning, innovation ecosystems, and the entrepreneurial spirit of California’s coast.
Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences : BioPharma MiM exchange: A key partner in life sciences and biopharmaceutical business, with a focus on innovation, regulation, and healthcare management. The signed framework agreement (MoU) provides for sending BioPharma track students (MiM) to Boston and hosting MCPHS students at emlyon within the MSc in Healthcare Innovation & Data Science.
In parallel, emlyon is strengthening its global exchange network by targeting strategic regions in cities such as London, Buenos Aires, Seoul, and Taipei, partnering with institutions recognized for their academic excellence and global impact. This consolidation benefits all initial training programs—MiM, GBBA, and BSc Data Science and Responsible Business—by multiplying opportunities for exchanges, dual degrees, and immersive experiences for all profiles.
New academic exchange agreements signed by emlyon include:
London Interdisciplinary School, United Kingdom: Global BBA exchange
UCEMA, Argentina: GBBA and MiM exchange
SKK Graduate School of Business, South Korea: MiM exchange
University of Würzburg, Germany: GBBA exchange
National Taipei University, Taiwan: GBBA and BSc Data Science and Responsible Business exchange
IIM Kozhikode, India: MiM exchange
VinUniversity, Vietnam: GBBA exchange
An International Dynamic Aligned with the 2030 Roadmap and Supported by Triple Accreditation
These new agreements reinforce the trajectory set by emlyon for 2030, positioning international outreach as a strategic priority—alongside risk management and the launch of a Tech School.
Such high-level partnerships are made possible thanks to emlyon’s triple international accreditation (AMBA, AACSB, EQUIS), recently renewed for the maximum duration. This rare certification, held by only 1% of business schools worldwide, attests to the highest academic standards and global recognition among peers.
The international dimension also takes shape through the student experience offered at emlyon: four international campuses, international trips integrated, exchange agreements, dual degrees, and student-led events…
