The Careers Forum
Attend our main event and meet all of the talents we're training at emlyon business school gathered together in a single venue!
Our students come from a variety of backgrounds and academic paths and are open to all of the opportunities offered to them, whether internships, job offers, the VIE international internship program, or Graduate Programs in France or abroad.
In order to answer to your needs, our event offers you the possibility of choosing to participate either in face-to-face format over a day on our Lyon campus or/and in remote via our online platform.

Event program
- From 8:30 AM : Doors open for companies
- 10 AM – 5 PM (the forum is active throughout) : The forum revolves around booths held by companies and meetings with students.
- 9 AM – 8 PM (the forum is active throughout) : The forum is structured with virtual booths and scheduled meetings and 1-on-1 chats with students
- 12 PM and 2 PM : Online conferences by companies

- A recruitment event that is also a chance to build your employer brand;
- Access to the event's resume database so that you can get back to our students after the forum and offer them interviews;
- A student ambassador for all of your questions and requirements throughout the day;
- A tailored offering to address different requirements: stands in different areas, SME and startup villages, and a consulting corner (the latter is available only on the "Audit & Consulting" day);
- A convivial mixer organized around a lunch, for 10 of your employees

Pricing details
ON-CAMPUS FORMAT
You will have the choice of your location on a plan that will be submitted to you when you request information. Furthermore, we remain entirely at your disposal to advise you.
Startup: less than 10 employees
SME: less than 250 employees and revenue under €50m (INSEE definition)
ONLINE FORMAT
- Single rate for "Large Companies": €1,500 excl. VAT (€750 excluding taxes if participating in the in-person format)
- Single rate for "Start-up / SME": €750 excl. VAT

The emlyon business school Career Center offers a wide range of recruitment and employer branding events, organized by theme, by sector or by programs, in order for your company to have a greater impact in its recruitment efforts with our students and young graduates.
