emlyon business school offers a range of hybrid events, which can be attended either in-person on our campuses, or remotely. These events include thematic forums, virtual meetings, job and sector-specific presentations, round tables, conferences, and even lunch meetings with students. Each event is designed to help companies connect with qualified candidates in their field.

Our school also offers personalized options to meet the specific needs of each company. Whether you are looking to recruit interns, work-study students, new graduates, experienced professionals or want to diversify your workforce, we create a tailor-made experience to help you achieve your goals.

This year, career events will take place for the first time on the new emlyon campus in the heart of Lyon, in the Gerland district.

• The Careers Forum: emlyon's flagship recruitment event in a hybrid format (with face-to-face days on-campus and an online format).

• The Finance & Consulting Forum: Recruit for careers in finance* *, banking and consulting**.

• The Strategy Consulting Forum: Find your talents in the strategy consulting sector .

• The Challenge Week: Meet our students and challenge them on a practical case from your company to solve. A new theme is introduced this year: the M&A Challenge!

• The Apprenticeship Forum: Recruit our students for apprenticeship contracts.

• The Recruitment Week: During a complete week dedicated to recruitment, meet our students, especially international and/or experienced profiles

• The Lunch & Learn : Special moments to exchange on a topic with a group of students over lunch

• The Job Datings : Participate in online recruitment days dedicated to a profession. This year's themes: digital transformation, marketing & sales, graduate program, health & agri-food, and supply chain & purchasing

The emlyon Career Center teams are dedicated to supporting you in achieving your recruitment and career development goals in 2024 and beyond. Every year, the Career Center's offer is based on:

• Strong knowledge and proximity with employers of all sizes, sectors, in France and internationally
• Daily exchanges with students from all programs of the School (Bachelors, Programme Grande Ecole, Masters of Science and Specialized Programs) to understand their aspirations
• Organizing focus groups with Program Managers to refine these analyses.
