Witnessing the exhaustion of traditional leadership models, our researchers team seeks to support leaders in their ability to open up new paths. To instill ways of imagining and building alternatives that are compatible with planetary, collective and human limits, as well as inclusive. To abandon classic paradigms of action and official futures that are already obsolete and dare to take a step aside to lead the necessary transformations.

Our approach to conscious leadership is based on three main prisms:
