emlyon business school: Guillaume Pepy as President of the Supervisory Board and capital increase confirmation

The evolution of the shareholding and the capital increase of emlyon business school announced on September 09th 2022, were officially confirmed today.
The shareholders and the school's management are also exited to announce the arrival of Guillaume Pepy, vetted as President of the Supervisory Board of emlyon.
Guillaume Pepy was previously Chief Executive Officer of the SNCF group from 2008 to 2019. He is today President of the entrepreneurial network Initiative France, and since August 2022, the new President of the governing board of Orpea. He officiates as senior advisor at Salesforce, along with additional education and cultural volunteering mandates.
In his new role as President of the Supervisory Board of emlyon business school, Guillaume Pepy will promote the school's outreach, and ensure the dynamic implementation of the different strategic projects.
The CCI, as majority shareholder of the school, the whole of the shareholders, including Galileo Global Education, as contributor to the capital increase thus becoming a strategic partner of emlyon, along with the school's management, all welcome this new impulse. It will allow for the development of the great strategic orientations of emlyon (academic excellence, international span, hybridization, social and environmental responsibility), with the acceleration of the implementation of the Confluences 2025 strategic plan.
The first Supervisory Board meeting under the chairmanship of Guillaume Pepy will be held on December 15th next. This will be the opportunity to announce and specify the school's projects.
