The 2022 ASQ (Administrative Science Quartely) Dissertation Award has gone to Lisa Buchter for her article “Escaping the Ellipsis of Diversity: Insider Activists' Use of Implementation Resources to Influence Organization Policy.” The committee was particularly impressed with « how well Lisa's paper bridged the need for theoretical contribution as well as practical and timely impact. »
