Training Schedule:

  • Number of participants: The training is designed for groups of 10 to 25 participants per session.
  • Typical daily schedule: 9:00 AM–12:30 PM, 1:30 PM–5:00 PM.

Assessment Methods

Based on a selected change case, the candidate must conduct a diagnosis of the initial situation and propose actions to successfully deploy and manage the change. This will be submitted as an individual written report followed by an oral presentation.

  • Select appropriate tools and propose an action plan for change management.

  • Identify and leverage key drivers of motivation and engagement.
  • Recognize factors of resistance or commitment to change and prioritize motivation levers.
