Financing and recognition of the knowledge and skills acquired
As for any other training course, these can be financed through eligibility for the "compte personnel de formation" (CPF, individual training entitlement) scheme. To this end, the learning objectives will have to be translated into precise skills-acquisition objectives that can be identified in an existing vocational certification system.
The CPF training account can be initiated by the employee at the company's invitation, within the framework of the employee's participation in a tailored training program. This is therefore a possible primary or additional source of financing.
A process of validation of learning outcomes can recognize these skills acquired through the learner's experience. The learner then obtains partial or total accreditation of a qualification listed in the national register of professional certifications (RNCP).
