Reinventing processes for maximum team performance
Presentation
For managers and executives, managing change successfully means improving collective and organisational performance, while engaging individuals in a process of changing the way they work and interact, both internally and externally.
Based on approaches to organisational behaviour and strategy implementation, this course presents the main stages in an organisational change process and identifies the different human issues associated with each of them. It proposes a set of tools to respond to them and to support the strategic agility of the structure.
