Groupama and emlyon business school have been working hand in hand since 2010 to develop tailor-made training programs that make a real impact on the insurance group and its employees. The partnership began with the development of a flagship training program focused on leadership – the Formation Supérieure des Managers (FSM), or Advanced Manager Training.

This year's Careers Forum, an essential recruitment event at emlyon, took place on January 8, 9, 10, 2024, on the Lyon-Écully campus, followed by an online day on January 11 on the Talentspace platform. Nearly 160 companies actively engaged in the forum, extending diverse opportunities to students across various sectors like agri-food, energy, transportation, consulting, construction, luxury, and cosmetics. These recruiters aimed to connect with their future talents among the many students present.

Design Thinking is now widely used as a way of managing innovative projects or solving the problems faced by companies and their customers. The Careers Forum 2025, a key recruitment event at emlyon business school, took place over four days, from January 13 to 15, 2025, on the Lyon campus, followed by an online day on January 16. With over 160 companies participating, this year's event, focusing on corporate social responsibility, sector diversity, and employability, once again proved its essential role in connecting students with recruiters.
