Bio

My expertise extends in the fields of Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Career Management, Intercultural Management, and Research Methods.
I have taught at all levels, especially postgraduate and executive, in four continents.
My main research interests include employability and careers, developmental relationships in the workplace, the role of personality in the work environment, high performance work systems, workplace harassment, and expatriation.
My research has attracted nearly 5,000 citations, and I have one of the highest individual impact factors for Social Sciences in Europe (hI = 30). I have appeared several times in the media to talk about my research and provide expert advice.
I am the Director of the Research Center: Global HR and Organization Innovation (GHOIC ).
