I obtained my PhD at University Lyon 3 and I am now Assistant Professor in Marketing at emlyon. My research and teaching interests relate to services marketing, specifically to customer dissatisfaction and online service recovery. I published my research in many academic journals, including Journal of Service Research, Journal of Interactive Marketing, Marketing Letters, Journal of Business Research, et European Journal of Marketing. I sit at the editorial board of Journal of Service Research.
