Bio
I am an Associate Professor of Information Systems & Business Analytics at emlyon business school. I have a passion for using data to drive business decisions and my expertise lies in helping companies leverage data science, machine learning, AI, and business analytics for competitive advantage and to understand how consumers, firms, industries, and societies are being reshaped by the AI & big-data analytics revolution.
My research papers are published in top-tier journals (FT50/UTD24/ABS-4* rated journals) such as Harvard Business Review, Production & Operations Management (POM), INFORMS Journal on Computing, European Journal of Information Systems (EJIS), Decision Support Systems (DSS), British Journal of Management, European Journal of Operational Research (EJOR), International Journal of Operations & Production Management (IJOPM), IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Journal of Business Research, and Annals of Operations Research, etc.
