Bio

I am a researcher in Work and Organizational Psychology. I work on topics, such as engagement, burnout and boredom at work, proactive employee behaviors, work design, teams, leadership, and work-family conflict. I use both qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as longitudinal SEM, multilevel modelling, growth modelling and person-centered methods. I obtained my PhD from KU Leuven (Belgium) and Aalto University School of Science (Finland). Prior to joining emlyon business school, I worked at the School of Business and Economics at Vrije University Amsterdam, and Finnish Institute of Occupational Health. I also have several years of experience in developing the motivational well-being of employees and leadership training with both public and private sector organizations.
