After fifteen years in business (Accor Group) as a marketing manager, I reoriented my career towards teaching and research by doing a PhD in management (2010).
My research within the Lifestyle Research Centre deals with the lived experience of customers and workers in service activities.
I use qualitative methods, including ethnography, in order to put to the fore the frames of interpretation of the actors involved. After having studied customer/worker interactions in a dyadic context I now look into these interactions in collective contexts.
I run the partnership developed with Club Med (world specialist of all inclusive holidays) which combines research, pedagogy and consultancy.
