At emlyon, student engagement is a cornerstone of the learning experience. Student associations provide a unique learning environment that bridges academic studies and the professional world. Today, the emlyon student community includes more than 1,000 students actively involved in around 40 associations and student organizations across all campuses. Each year, these groups organize nearly 350 initiatives and events, creating a vibrant, diverse, and stimulating campus experience for the entire student community.

Des enseignants STEM recrutés pour emlyon tech school, des professeurs STEM et Management d'emlyon business school et des professionnels en activité. Les expertises scientifiques et technologiques seront associées à celles du management et des sciences humaines.

Ils contribueront à la conception et à l'évaluation des projets. Au-delà de la performance d'un modèle, les étudiants examineront son utilité, son coût, ses risques et ses effets sur les personnes et les organisations.

Des praticiens contribueront aux enseignements et aux projets. Plusieurs professeurs ont également une expérience de l'entreprise ou du conseil. Les modalités de collaboration avec les entreprises seront précisées pour chaque programme.

Selon le programme, des projets et mémoires permettront de travailler avec des enseignants-chercheurs. 

Elle associe la conception de solutions technologiques à la compréhension des décisions et des organisations. Les étudiants apprendront à développer et à évaluer un modèle, puis à justifier son utilisation dans une situation réelle, en mobilisant les apports du management et des humanités. Les projets « fishbone » en sont le cœur : un problème posé par une entreprise, traité de bout en bout en combinant les outils des cours STEM et l'analyse des cours de management, jusqu'à une recommandation défendue devant un jury.

Ils seront étudiés dans les cours et mobilisés dans les projets selon des règles explicites. Les étudiants devront vérifier les résultats, expliciter leur démarche et documenter l'usage de ces outils. Biais, protection des données et responsabilité seront abordés dans les enseignements.
