Bio

I am Assistant Professor at emlyon business school. I received my PhD in Management Sciences at the University Toulouse 1 Capitole. My research interests include the effects of perceptions of justice on organizational socialization, heuristic and social exchange approaches to organizational justice, and psychological approaches to CSR. My work has been published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, M@n@gement and the Revue Française de Gestion. I am also a discussant at the Workshop on Research Advances in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management organized annually at Paris Dauphine University.
