Bio
I have over 25 year experience in academic research and teaching together with 10 years of business experience, experience in securing external research grants and leading international research projects. Record of accomplishment in developing new initiatives in both academic and business environments, leading the international joint doctoral programmes and other collaborative projects with strategic partner universities in Australia, Austria, China, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, the USA and more. My international experience covers Europe, Asia (Japan), Canada, and US. I have wide range of management experience including academic management, project management, people management, information systems and organisation development. My particular strengths are in innovation, strategy, knowledge management, quantitative methods, linking IT and management.
