I am interested in understanding the dynamics of organizations and market identity, and how these dynamics shape and are conditioned by social structures and processes. My current research projects focus on social evaluation in the hospitality industry, organizational and professional identity in creative and service industries, and firms' political strategies in emerging markets. I teach courses related to strategy and organizations.
