Bio
I am an organizational behavior scholar focusing on leadership. I study the invisible forces that shape the leadership process, in particular at the upper echelons of organizations.
Prior to joining emlyon business school, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania.
