Bio

I lecture in Strategic Management in corporate HR while continuing my research at the Organizations, Critical and Ethnographic (OCE) perspectives research center.
My PhD thesis was based on a three-year field study of the relationship between internal employees and external workers (temporary workers, interns and service providers) in a large company.
My current projects concern people's experience of work and employment at a time of corporate transformation examining in particular the viability of current configurations.
