Bio

I am an Associate Professor at emlyon business school. I teach Accounting, Management Control and CSR Reporting.
I obtained a PhD degree in Management from the Paris Dauphine University after studying at ENS Cachan.
My main research focuses on CSR and sustainable development practices, both from a historical and a contemporary perspective. I am also involved in a research program on Regulation, Governance and Lobbying.
Finally, I am also interested in socio-institutional aspects and evolutions of accounting, auditing and management control systems.
My work has been published in academic journals such as Accounting Auditing Control, Business History or International Management.
