Bio

I am an Assistant Professor at emlyon business school and member of the Cognition, Behaviour, and Transformation Research Centre. I specialize in Organizational Behavior and Psychology, and is particularly interested in researching mindsets – that is, our assumptions regarding the plasticity of human attributes.
My work focuses on the role of mindsets in a range of leadership, personality, motivation, and career success issues.
I have published my research in journals such as the Journal of Management, The Leadership Quarterly, and Human Resource Management Review.
Prior to emlyon, I received my Ph.D. from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and have worked in the Education, Construction, and Medical sectors.
