I am a specialist of career theory and the employment relationship evolutions. My research led me to study resistance phenomena in organisations and alternative management practices. I also developed a critical approach to Human Resources. I have been in charge for France of the International Observatory of Human Resource Management practices (cranet). I created emlyon research center, OCE. I have been elected as associate dean for faculty in 2012. I am a professor doing consultancy and action research.
