Bio

I am a professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at emlyon business school.
I have also held various roles in recent years, including that of Dean of Faculty and Research at emlyon business school and department head.
My research interests are the influence of justice and exemplarity perceptions on cooperation during change, and extreme teams collective performance.
I published numerous articles in academic journals both international (e.g. Academy of Management Journal, Human Resource Management, and Journal of Business Ethics) and French (e.g. Revue Française de Gestion, Revue Française de Gestion des Ressources Humaines and Decisions Marketing).
I have also published a book in 2019 "Pourquoi un leader doit être exemplaire ?" published by PUG- and numerous book chapters and professional articles.
In 2013, I was awarded the academic price for best research in management by the Syntec for my work on employees' reactions to change during M&As. In 2016, I was awarded the price for best French research by the AGRH (French Academic association for HR research).
I do executive training with numerous firms today on subjects such as collective performance and the human stakes of change.
