I am a Professor in Business Law. I am also Court Lawyer at the Bar of Lyon and Mediator in the CIMA (Interprofessional Center of Mediation and Arbitrage of Rhone-Alpes). I am in charge of the Mastère Spécialisé Juriste Manager International, in full time in Lyon and in part-time in Paris.
