Strategy & Organization

Bio

My research and teaching take three different directions but are underpinned by a shared matrix: the way strategy is structured in organizations and the outcome in terms of performance when it is deployed on the market. First of all, I study how a strategy is crafted looking at relational and distributive dimensions such as its open-endedness, practice and sector of activity, culture, tools or power. Then I work on the thought dynamics and strategic processes (such as planning or emergence) which lie at the root of value creation both in corporate and sectoral terms. Lastly, my third focus is the economy and the strategy of connected platforms and ecosystems.
