Bio

After a 10-year experience as a management consultant involved in transformation projects for pharmaceutical, social protection and transportation sectors (among others), I have been teaching managerial disciplines since 2017. My PhD thesis, which deals with the topic of leaders' vulnerability through their work tools, was presented in 2024.
Today, I enjoy teaching managerial notions on both theoretical and concrete levels for different programs at emlyon business school. At the same time, I am passionate about carrying on my research aimed at facilitating the work between people in organizations.
