Bio

With a PhD in Management Sciences, I specialized in Cross cultural Management. My research focuses on HRM issues related to the development of cross cultural competencies and, more recently, Generation Z's cultural representations.
My teaching is inspired with a life experience on three continents.
I teach in all emlyon business school programs and conduct continuing education seminars that aimed at preparing managers to approach work in an international context.

2010 - Now: Cross-cultural management and International HRM professor in Business Schools (HEC, emlyon, ESC Dijon, INSEEC), in Engineering Schools (Les Ponts) and at la Sorbonne University.
  • 2009 - 2016: Training in cross-cultural management (emlyon Executive Development, CCIP Ile de France, Akteos, Terres Neuves Ceran)
  • Before 2010: Professor of economics and French in higher education (Galatasaray University in Istanbul, BTS in Nanterre) and in colleges (lycée F. Truffaut à Beauvais)
