Bio

My research lies at the intersection of operations research and extreme-value statistics, with a primary focus on numerical methods for accurate and efficient solution of multi-stage optimization problems under uncertainty. I am particularly interested in cases involving model and decision-dependent uncertainties and their application to supply chain management, risk management and information retrieval problems (e.g., Internet ranking and data extraction using AI). With a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of stochastic optimization, I am dedicated to advancing the field through innovative research and teaching.
