Bio

Specialized in International Business Law and new technologies, I also act as a legal expert and independent legal advisor in numerous arbitration cases, in different stages of the proceedings. As an investor consultant, my activity is focused on drafting consultations for different clients in various legal specialties, dealing with complex interpretation of international legal material, specifically arbitration proceedings, and also the negotiation and drafting of foreign companies' agreements in the private sector.

2006 - 2011: PH.D (Summa cum Laude) Université de Paris - Panthéon Sorbonne. Thesis on the telecommunications and regulation of public utilities thesis: "Regulation of Telecommunications in Argentina. The French Lessons" (Under the supervision of Prof. Gérard Marcou, France)
