Bio

I am Professor of Management and Organizations, Director of the Work, Technology, and Organization Research Center and Founder of the Ethnography Atelier. I am an award-winning researcher and teacher.
Using ethnographic methods, I study professional work and expertise in the context of changing technology, organizations, and institutions.
I have published my work in Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science and Regulation & Governance.
I am Senior Editor at Organization Science.
I received my Ph.D. from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T. Prior to joining emlyon business school, I was an Associate Professor and William Dawson Scholar at McGill University.
