Bio

Currently Professor at emlyon business school, Head of the Master 2 Etudes Recherche en Management (double PGE diploma with the IAE of Lyon and Saint Etienne), Director of Institutional Relations in Saint-Etienne, I have previously worked as a Teacher-Researcher, then as Director of Continuing Education at the École Nationale Supérieure de la Sécurité Sociale (EN3S), and as Deputy Director of the École Supérieure de Commerce (ESC) Saint-Etienne.
Occupational Psychologist, Doctor, Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR) in Management Sciences, my research focuses on Management, Human Resources Management and Occupational Health.
I am the Author of numerous articles and books.
