I'm Full Professor of Digital Marketing at emlyon business school, Director of the AIM Research Center on Artificial Intelligence in Value Creation, Academic Co-Director of the MSc in Digital Marketing and Data Science. I'm also Adjunct Professor at Bocconi University (Italy).
I hold a HDR (Habilitation to Direct Researches) and a Ph.D. in Management.
I was Visiting Scientist at MIT's Sloan School of Management and Visiting Professor at Georgetown University, National University of Singapore, UCLA Los Angeles. My current research examines digital marketing, AI, consumer behavior and new technologies, robotics. I also study value creation dynamics in digital ecosystems. I published several books, encyclopaedias and articles in leading academic journals.
